Zopisign 7.5mg Tablet is used for short-term treatment of insomnia. It reduces sleep onset time and frequent awakening at night. This medicine improves sleep maintenance and therefore ensures sound sleep.

Zopimaxx 20 mg is a medication containing zopiclone, a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic agent used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. It helps individuals fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer by affecting the calming chemical GABA in the brain. 

ARTVIGIL 250mg Tablet is used in the treatment of excessive daytime sleepiness (narcolepsy). It improves wakefulness and helps you to stay awake and reduces the tendency to fall asleep during the day, thus restoring the normal sleep cycle. AARTVIGIL 250mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Restfine 10mg Tablet helps to synchronize the body’s biological day-night rhythm. It should be taken either 2 hours before or 2 hours after food, preferably at bedtime. However, it is advised to take it at a fixed time each day to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the blood. You should never skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. This medicine should not be stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor.

Spectra 75mg Capsule is a tricyclic antidepressant. It is used in the treatment of insomnia (difficulty in sleeping). It is also used in patients intolerant of or unresponsive to alternative (other) treatment options for depression and anxiety disorders.

Spectra 10 Capsule is a tricyclic antidepressant. It is used in the treatment of insomnia (difficulty in sleeping). It is also used in patients intolerant of or unresponsive to alternative (other) treatment options for depression and anxiety disorders.

AMITOP SR 50MG TABLET is used in the management of depression, neuropathic pain and tension type headache or migraine in adults. It contains a medicine called Amitriptyline which is an antidepressant medicine. It enhances your mood by boosting the levels of a chemical called serotonin in your brain.

AMITOP SR 50MG TABLET must be used under medical supervision. Take this medicine for the duration exactly as advised by your doctor. Do not stop therapy abruptly or overuse this medicine for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor. Regularly visit your doctor and perform the medical tests suggested by your doctor to achieve better results.

Avoid concomitant usage of AMITOP SR 50MG TABLET with other antidepressants like MAOIs to avoid potential drug-drug interactions. Do not take if you have taken any MAOIs within the last 14 days without consulting your doctor. It should not be used in patients with severe liver problems, recent heart attack, or heart problems.

Before taking AMITOP SR 50MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have imbalances of potassium and magnesium levels in the body and other mental illness like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. You must also inform your doctor if you are scheduled for any surgery in the upcoming days, have diabetes, thyroid disorders, epilepsy, narrow angle glaucoma, enlarged prostate and blockage or stenosis in the gut as a precaution.

AMITOP SR 50MG TABLET should be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding only if it is considered clearly necessary by the physician.

The most common side effects of taking AMITOP SR 50MG TABLET are excessive sleepiness/drowsiness, dizziness, headache, tiredness, dry mouth, constipation, excessive thirst, excessive sweating, weight gain, changes in taste, confusion, lack of attention, unable to walk properly, low sex-drive, problems with erection, tingling and numbness of arms or legs and problems in urination. Consult your doctor if they trouble you.

Also, patients or caregivers must close monitor the patients and inform the doctor immediately if the patients develop suicidal thoughts, mania or mood changes after taking AMITOP SR 50MG TABLET.

• Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS): Controls the irresistible urge to move legs, especially at night, and alleviates crawling or bubbling sensations

Buspirone is primarily used to treat generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). It is an FDA-approved medicine for managing anxiety disorders or the short-term relief of anxiety symptoms. Off-labeled buspirone is used for the augmentation of unipolar depression.

• Usage: Often taken at bedtime to aid with sleep due to its sedative effects, with 50-100mg being a common range for insomnia.
• Action: It works by modulating serotonin, increasing it to boost mood, and reducing it in other areas to aid sleep.
• Onset: Sleepiness can occur within 30 to 60 minutes, though it may take 1-2 hours to peak.
