Lyrica is a prescription drug primarily used for nerve pain (neuropathic pain) from conditions like shingles, diabetes, or spinal cord injury, fibromyalgia (widespread pain), and epilepsy (to control seizures as an add-on treatment). It works by calming overactive nerves, reducing pain signals, and controlling abnormal electrical activity in the brain, and in some cases, it's also used for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

It contains the active ingredient pregabalin, a medication used to treat nerve pain (neuropathic pain) from conditions like diabetes, shingles, spinal cord injury, and fibromyalgia, as well as certain seizures, by interfering with pain signals. It reduces pain and associated symptoms like sleep issues, mood changes, and tiredness, improving quality of life, but can cause drowsiness, dizziness, and uncoordinated movements, so caution is needed, especially with alcohol or driving. 

Pain-O-Soma 500mg Tablet is a muscle relaxer. It eases the discomfort brought on by musculoskeletal diseases that are painful and rigid, such as muscle spasms, tension, rigidity, and rigidity.

Rizatop 10mg Tablet is used in the treatment of acute attacks of migraine. It relieves the symptoms of migraine and prevents the attack from becoming worse. This medicine helps by narrowing the blood vessels, thereby relieving migraine headaches.

Melonex Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used for the treatment of pain and inflammation in conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.

Entehep 0.5 Tablet should be taken in an empty stomach. Take it in the exact dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Follow the instructions carefully. Taking it regularly at the right times greatly increases the effectiveness and help improve liver function, and decrease the risk of complications associated with chronic HBV infection. It is not known whether Entehep 0.5 Tablet will reduce your chances of getting liver cancer or liver damage (cirrhosis), which may be caused by chronic HBV infection. Do not miss a dose and keep taking until your doctor tells you it is safe to stop. 
Common side effects of this medicine include headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, fatigue, and diarrhea. These are usually not serious but tell your doctor if they bother you or do not go away. Rarely, some people may experience a skin reaction or liver damage. Your doctor will closely monitor you for these in the initial period of treatment.

Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have any skin problems or kidney disease. While using it, you may need regular blood tests to check your blood counts and liver function. Avoid drinking alcohol as it may increase your risk of liver damage. Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctor before using this medicine. Do not have unprotected sex or share personal items like razors or toothbrushes, if you are HIV positive. Talk to your doctor about safe ways like condoms to prevent HIV transmission during sex.

3D Flam 25mg Injection is generally administered by a doctor or a nurse. Do not self-administer this medicine at home. Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart disease or stroke. Consult your doctor in case any injection site reactions like pain, swelling, or redness are observed.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, headache, and injection site reactions. Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function, and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment. Long-term use may lead to serious complications such as stomach bleeding and kidney problems.

Erlonat 100mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach or should be taken one hour before or 2 hour after meal.  You should continue to take it as long as your doctor advises it. The duration of treatment varies according to your needs and response to treatment. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, fatigue, rash, and weight loss. It may cause severe diarrhea, drink plenty of fluids or consult with your doctor if it bothers you. It makes you sensitive towards sunlight, hence wear protective clothing or use sunscreen while going out. In case you develop ulceration in mouth, changes in your vision, or breathing difficulties than it is better to inform the doctor. Your doctor may advise for regular monitoring of liver function while you are taking this medicine.

Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your healthcare team know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The use of effective contraception by both males and females during treatment is important to avoid pregnancy.  It is advised to quit smoking while taking this medicine as it can affect the working of the medicine. If you have to take an antacid or any other medicine, take it at a gap of at least 2 hours after taking the cancer medicine.
