Ticagrelor is used alone or together with aspirin to lessen the chance of heart attack or stroke in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) or a history of heart attack. Acute coronary syndrome is a condition where the blood flow to the heart is blocked.

• Contraindications: Not suitable for Type 1 diabetes, severe renal impairment, or patients on dialysis. 

Icikinase 15 lac Iu is a medication, specifically a thrombolytic agent, used to dissolve blood clots. It's commonly used in the treatment of heart attacks, pulmonary embolism, and stroke. Icikinase contains 1500000 International Units (IU) of streptokinase per vial. It is a prescription drug and should only be used under the supervision of a doctor. 

Prasugrel (typically 5mg or 10mg, often paired with 75mg-325mg aspirin) is an antiplatelet medication used to prevent blood clots in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). It reduces risks of heart attacks and stent thrombosis by preventing platelet aggregation.
Key Uses and Information
Preventive Action: Prevents serious heart/blood vessel problems, such as stent thrombosis, in patients with acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina, NSTEMI, or STEMI) who are managed with angioplasty (PCI).
Combination Therapy: Often taken alongside aspirin (typically 75mg–325mg) to enhance, or, prevent, blood clots.
Mechanism: As an antiplatelet medication, it keeps platelets from sticking together to form harmful clots.
Dosage: Usually taken once daily with or without food. The standard dose is a 60mg loading dose followed by 10mg daily, though a 5mg dose may be used for patients under 60 kg.
Precautions: Increases bleeding risk; should not be taken by individuals with active pathological bleeding, or a history of stroke/TIA.
