Your doctor will tell you how often you need to use your inhaler. The effect of this medicine may be noticeable after a few days but will only reach its maximum after a few weeks. This medicine must be used regularly to be effective, so go on taking it even if you don't have any symptoms. That means it’s doing its job. If you stop taking it your symptoms may get worse. This medicine should not be used to relieve sudden shortness of breath. If sudden shortness of breath occurs, use your rescue inhaler. To get the benefit from this medicine you need to make sure you get your inhaler technique right, otherwise, it does not work as well.

The most common side effects include headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, and respiratory tract infection. If you get there, don’t stop taking it but do talk to your doctor. You can prevent some of these symptoms by rinsing your mouth and throat with water or brushing your teeth after using your inhaler. There are other, rarer side effects which can be serious. Talk to your doctor if you're worried about them.

Before taking it, you should tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you. You should also tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Combitide 250 Inhaler 120 mdi is used to treat and prevent respiratory disorders, such as asthma attacks and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains Salmeterol and Fluticasone, which relax the muscles in the airways and increase airflow to the lungs. It makes breathing easier by widening the airways. Also, it acts by blocking the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that cause inflammation (swelling) of the airways. It may cause common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, respiratory tract infection, headache, sore throat, cough, bone, muscle or joint pain, increased heart rate, chills, black or tarry stools, and noisy breathing. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

AZAshine 200mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but better to have it same time every day. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

Augmentin 375 is an antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections in different parts of the body. It is a combination of two active ingredients: amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. 

Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid 

Amoxicillin: A type of penicillin that kills bacteria by preventing the formation of their protective cell walls.

Clavulanic acid

: Added to overcome bacterial resistance. Some bacteria produce an enzyme called beta-lactamase, which inactivates amoxicillin. Clavulanic acid inhibits this enzyme, allowing the amoxicillin to work effectively

Augmentin 375 is prescribed for a variety of bacterial infections, including: 

Respiratory tract infections: Pneumonia and bronchitis.

Ear infections: Acute otitis media.

Sinus infections: Sinusitis.

Skin and soft tissue infections: Boils, abscesses, and cellulitis.

Urinary tract infections: Infections affecting the urinary system.

Bone and joint infections.

Dental infections.

Oral cavity infections. 

Important considerations

Not for viral infections: Augmentin is an antibiotic and is not effective against viruses, such as the common cold or flu.

Prescription only: This medication is only available with a doctor's prescription.

Complete the course: It is crucial to finish the full course of treatment as prescribed by your doctor, even if your symptoms improve. Stopping early can lead to the infection returning and becoming harder to treat.

Take with food: Augmentin is best taken at the start of a meal to improve absorption and minimize the risk of stomach upset.
