Tenolam Tablet is a combination of two antiretrovirals. It is prescribed to treat HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection. It boosts up the immunity to fight against HIV to manage or treat AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome).

Taffic Tablet is an antiretroviral drug containing the active ingredient Bictegravir, Emtricitabine, and Tenofovir Alafenamide. It is used in the treatment of HIV-1 infection. It is a Human immunodeficiency virus that mainly occurs when a person's immune system is attacked and weakened by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). This infection progressively weakens the immune system, making individuals more susceptible to opportunistic infections.

Do not take this drug if allergic to Taffic Tablet and other ingredients. During the early stages of HIV-1 treatment, some patients may experience an inflammatory response to opportunistic infections. This condition is called immune reconstitution syndrome. It can occur after starting the drug or other antiretroviral therapies. Knowing this possibility and monitoring for any signs of worsening infections or inflammatory symptoms is necessary. Report to your doctor if you have had a history of heart failure, pancreatitis, bone disease, fractures, liver or kidney problems. Patients diagnosed with pancreatitis or at risk of pancreatitis should take this combination of medicine cautiously. During the treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor your blood counts, bone mineral density, and liver and kidney parameters to prevent serious complications. 

Adults of childbearing potential should consider using an effective contraceptive to prevent unwanted pregnancy. If you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant, your physician might suggest an alternative treatment, as this combination regimen is not recommended during early pregnancy. Breastfeeding is not recommended due to the possible transmission of HIV-1 infection from the mother to the baby. It's necessary to inform your doctor about all your medications, including prescription, over-the-counter, and herbal supplements, to ensure no potential interactions.

Danavir R 600 Tablet contains the active ingredient Darunavir + Ritonavir. It is a combination of antiretroviral drugs that belong to the class of medications called protease inhibitors. It is used to treat HIV infection by increasing the immunity in adults and children of three years or older; However, this medicine doesn't cure HIV, but it may lower the chance of developing acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and HIV-related conditions.  

Do not take Danavir R 600 Tablet if you are allergic to Darunavir + Ritonavir or any of the other ingredients. Inform your physician if you have liver diseases, such as hepatitis B or C injection. Notify your doctor if you have diabetes because this medicine might increase the sugar level in the blood. Contact your physician immediately if you notice any symptoms of infections (enlarged lymph nodes and fever), musculoskeletal problems (joint aches, stiffness, and pains, particularly in the hip, knee, and shoulder, and difficulty in movement.  

Inform your physician if you are 65 years or older. Inform your physician if you are pregnant, suspecting, or planning to get pregnant before initiating the treatment with this medicine. Use effective contraception during the treatment. Common side effects of this medicine are swelling in the face, and feet, rash, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, backpain, and dizziness. Inform your physician if you face any of these symptoms for a longer period.

Virataz-R contains Atazanavir 300 mg and Ritonavir 100 mg tablets. This medicine prevents the virus from multiplying but does not cure HIV.
